Hi there beautiful midlife badass! My name is Artemis and I am a 49 year old certified personal trainer, nutrition, and hormone balance coach, and have worked in the fitness industry for almost 20 years.
While I've always been fit and active, I've had my own health and hormone struggles with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, Stage 2 Adrenal Dysfunction, and ESPECIALLY, Perimenopause.
When I turned 45, perimenopause hit like a hurricane and nothing prepared me for its wrath.
It was like someone flipped a switch, my body revolted and no longer felt like my body.
What I had been doing for my fitness and nutrition for years was no longer working.
