Is this really 1:1 coaching?
Yes. This is private, personalized 1:1 coaching with me.
This is not a group program, challenge, or template-based plan. Everything—from your training and nutrition to your weekly adjustments and support—is customized to you.

When does coaching start?
Applications are open through July 2nd, 2026 (or until spots are filled).
Kick-off calls will begin the week of July 6th. Once accepted and enrolled, you’ll receive onboarding details and scheduling instructions for your first coaching call.

How much time does this require each week?
Your training and nutrition are designed to fit into real life.
Most clients train 45–60 minutes per session, and volume/intensity are adjusted based on your recovery, schedule, stress, and experience level.
Consistency matters far more than perfection.

Do I need to count macros or track everything I eat?
You’ll receive personalized macro targets and nutrition guidance, but how closely you track depends on your goals, experience, and lifestyle.
Some clients track precisely. Others use a more flexible approach. We’ll determine what works best for you.

What if I’m busy or traveling during the 6 weeks?
That’s exactly why this is private coaching.
Training, nutrition, and expectations are adjusted in real time so you can stay consistent—even during busy seasons, work travel, vacations, or stressful weeks.

Is this appropriate if I’m in perimenopause or menopause?
Absolutely.
This coaching experience is specifically designed for women in midlife, including those navigating perimenopause and menopause.
Training, recovery, nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle factors are all adjusted accordingly.


Will I lose weight in 6 weeks?
